Rules

Orders are usually processed within 48 - 72 hours to allow for receipt of funds from your Credit Card or Debit Card. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will begin being processed the following Monday. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed after you have entered your shipping information. In order for our system to display an accurate shipping fee, please be sure to enter the correct shipping address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed. Please review the details of your order, we only ship to addresses on your credit card account. No changes to addresses can be made by our company due to heavy volumes of orders.

We are a custom boutique. The Majority, if not all pieces are made one by one, by hand, custom but not by our company. We only custom Urbanique clothing, accessories such as hats, and shoes. Some custom items may be available via our website. Therefore; most items take approximately 3-4wks to complete and ship.
Tracking will be provided 3 days before your order ships to the provided address given at time of purchase. Some orders may require 6-8 weeks. Custom made items and shoes are pre-order only. If you have any specific questions please use the contact page of website to inquire before making a purchase. PLEASE ALLOW 2-4 WKS FOR DELIVERY ONCE YOUR ITEM IS SHIPPED TRACKING WILL BE SENT!!!

Once orders are processed we cannot revise any portion of the order.

Once a package has been provided to our carrier for delivery, we will no longer have control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute to the best of our ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable. Express and over night shipping is ONLY available for Instock items and clearance items, if and when CLEARANCE items are available.

WRONG SIZE EXCHANGES: IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT FIT YOU MAY RETURN THE PRODUCT WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS TO EXCHANGE IT FOR A STORE ITEM OF THE SAME OR LESSER VALUE. A STORE CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN IF A LESSER VALUE ITEM IS CHOSEN AT TIME OF EXCHANGE.
IF YOU DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK AND I HAVENT RECIEVED A TRACKING NUMBER WITHIN A 7 BUSINESS DAYS, URBANIQUE WILL ASSUME ITEMS WERE WORN AND THE EXCHANGE OFFER WILL BE NULL AND VOID.
